Описание:11-летний Джим — одаренный мальчик, интересующийся наукой и
космосом. Приехав в новый город со своим отцом, он решает принять
участие в научном конкурсе со своей одноклассницей Эммой. Несмотря на
протесты, Джим убеждает ее повторить проект Киттингера (первый человек,
побывавший на стратостате практически на границе космоса в 1960 году)
«Эксельсиор» и построить огромный воздушный шар.
Его отец Грэм, астрофизик, занимался этим проектом, но потом забросил
его. Джим обескуражен этим и хочет доказать, что не сдастся, в отличие
от отца. Парень втягивает Эмму в эту авантюру, которая сближает их.

Are We "Only" Human?
Brioni Faith discusses her new release "Human" and why she uses the line "You're not only human" in this latest song with Deep Energy.
"Believe it or not, only a couple of days ago - someone actually said the phrase "You're only human" to me. I had to laugh at the synchronicity!
I was tired that day, I had been pushing myself, working on this release... working long hours, and they were telling me to rest.
On one hand, the phrase can make you feel that it's ok to be flawed; you can take some comfort in that. On the other hand, it can steal your magnificence, and makes you believe that being human means being less than perfect.
In this instance, the context was that I was not a machine, as if somehow machines are superior in their ability to keep on going.
To use the phrase "You're only human" - to me denies the magnificence within human beings to push the limits, to explore beyond what we see and what we currently know.
We live in a world that often focuses on the physical and the mechanical, we often treat ourselves as machines. Of course, as humans we have to rest our bodies and minds. Even machines require maintenance and servicing.
However, the beauty of being human is that we have the ability to change and adapt our lives. We have the ability to explore new possibilities and to see things in different ways. Everyone has something inside them that they are here to share.
Too often we listen to the voices on the outside. We tend to believe that we are stuck a system that has control and we have none. We give up on our dreams and write them off as fantasy. We dismiss the inner voice, a calling that reminds us of who we truly are.
In this song I use the line, "Don't let them make you smaller."
Don't let the outside voices tell you that you are "only" human. Whether it's TV advertising pointing out "lack" in your life - or people you know who don't have the courage to believe in their own dreams, so they pull down yours.
Whether you're religious, spiritual, or atheist, there is nothing only -- about being human.
"Human" is a reminder to listen to that inner calling - not to be a product of the system. Life is a dance, and everyone has their part to play. When we listen to the inner voice, we start to hear the music that comes from within."

Owned by FOX Corporation, FNC is available in nearly 90 million homes and dominates the cable news landscape, routinely notching the top ten programs in the genre.

Alison Roman is known as much for her keeper recipes as her wry Instagram voice and effortless style. Roman’s recipes set today’s trends and will show up as tomorrow’s classics: vegetable-forward with quality ingredients, punctuated by standout flavors like hot honey browned butter, preserved lemon, za’atar, and garlicky walnuts.
To me, Shrimp Scampi is decidedly about the shrimp, and less so about the pasta (although, HOW FUN ARE THOSE SHELLS?). The important thing here is that you have a lot of saucy, glossy businesses all over whatever you’re serving it on (pasta, rice, more vegetables) or sopping it up with (toast, obviously). Season the shrimp with plenty of salt and pepper before adding it to the skillet– I once did not do this, and it made a huge difference (in a bad way!).

I have written many chicken recipes in my life (have eaten hundreds, likely thousands of chickens) and sure, I think they’re all great, but I’m only human and of course do have favorites. This recipe for One-Pot Chicken with Caramelized Lemon and Dates is one of them.
Bone-in, skin-on chicken (parts or a whole bird) seared in a pot (one pot!), lemon slices are caramelized in the chicken fat along with quartered shallots (you can use red onion, too) then dates and thyme are added along with a bit of water to create a little shallow braising liquid to finish cooking the meat. The chicken itself is crispy, juicy and braise-y all at once with a very tangy, salty, sweet, bitter and chicken-y sauce to bathe in, and honestly just an absolute dream of a one-pot dinner (did I mention this all happens in one pot? It does!).
This sassy number first appeared in Nothing Fancy (https://bookshop.org/books/not....hing-fancy-unfussy-f and in my opinion is one of the best ways to roast a chicken when you’ve exhausted your enthusiasm for simple roast chicken (which--- maybe you haven’t? I don’t blame you). It’s a special chicken (aren’t they all?), feeling more complex and complicated than it is, tasting like it’s got a lot more ingredients than it does.
I modified the recipe that appears in the book to be more *weeknight friendly* which by, I mean, more quarantine-friendly because no longer are we out of time, per se, we’re mostly just out of a reason to care about anything and the apathy is setting in at record levels and even though the hours are bleeding together and nobody knows what day it is and of course we HAVE the time, maybe you just don't WANT to wait for a whole chicken to roast-- I get that!
